You can make rent payments through the RentX app using:

• Visa or MasterCard (debit or credit)
• Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) account transfer

All Payments are processed securely through the RentX Payment System.

RentX does not charge any platform transaction fee. However, bank processing fees apply, which are borne by the Host (Landlord)

• Visa / MasterCard (debit or credit): 1.5%

1. You link your rented property to your RentX account.
2. You initiate the rent payment in the app.
3. Payment is processed securely.
4. Rent is transferred to the Host's bank account.

   • 1 base point per BDT 100 of rent
   • Points are multiplied based on your subscription tier

No. Though your subscription tier determines:

• Rewards Points Multiplier
• Monthly Rewards Points allocation
• Access to merchant categories (Basic, Essential, Premium)

Rewards Points are credited:

1. Immediately after a successful rent transaction
2. Immediately after a subscription activation or renewal

No. Rewards Points:

1. Have no cash value.
2. Cannot be converted to money or bank credit.
3. Can only be used within the RentX platform.

Rewards Points remain valid as long as your account is active
If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, all unused Rewards Points will expire permanently

Any Rewards Points earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted. If already redeemed, RentX may adjust future balances or restrict redemption.
